DMC Juniors
This group is made up of wrestlers in 1st thru 3rd grade. The goal of DMC Jrs is to provide a healthy and supportive environment to develop the fundamental skills that all wrestlers need in order to move on to the next level. Practices are kept shorter, upbeat and fun, while at the same time, controlled and structured, in order to provide a positive learning environment for your wrestler.
DMC Seniors
Deschutes Mat Club (DMC Seniors) is designed for wrestlers 4th thru 8th grade. This program is developed to build on the foundational skills established in DMC Juniors. However, if your son or daughter has no experience, but is now in 5th- 8th grade then they will most likely be placed in this group.
Wrestlenastics
Wrestlenastics is offered twice every year. During the Fall season (Novemember to mid-December), we meet once a week from 6:00-7:00, for 6 consecutive weeks. In the summer starting in mid July, this camp runs for two straight weeks and meets a total of 6 times.
